House Rules
Absolutely no loud noises or music after 9pm. No hanging out on the lanai after 9pm (close quarters with our neighbors , and noise carries to the other units very easily).

Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Enjoy the Makiki hiking trail which is only a 15-20 minute walk away, or take a 5-10 minute drive up the mountain to the Tantalus Lookout. There are two neighborhood parks (Makiki and Archie Baker) where you can play tennis, basketball, swim or stroll through the community garden and meet your neighbors. Every Thursday evening they have a Farmers market, less than a 5 minute walk away. Take a walk or run into the desirable Manoa valley, or around the nearby University of Hawaii campus.

Guests have private access to the condo and lanai. Laundry and picnic areas are shared with other residents.
Find us
There are several bus stops and main bus lines in the neighborhood, 1-2 blocks away. The Bus is an efficient and extensive bus line, and is a great way to get around Oahu. The main highway, H1, is only a few blocks away if you decide to rent a car. A Biki bike station is only a few blocks away as well. Additionally, you can store your own bike on the lanai. The condo is centrally located, so walking and biking are very possible and convenient ways to commute for your daily needs.
