Age requirement to rent this house is 25. No more than the maximum occupancy stated shall occupy the premises. No parking under the house; 6 parking spots available in the front part of the lot. Follow checkout instructions provided. Please report any damages to host immediately. We only allow commercial filming & photography with permission from host. Forgotten belongings will incur a $75 fee plus shipping cost if requesting that we deliver the missing item(s) back to you. Missing keys will incur a $200 fee as we will need to replace the deadbolts to ensure future guests' and our property's privacy and security.
